I'll lock the others in the archives as well, as it's meant to be just that - archives of old posts. So the visuals and probably functionality have changed a bit. I'll make a post on the forum later on how this affects you ^^

You can compare features between the old and new versions here: http://www.phpbb.com/about/features/

Grarlox

Grarlex Thu, 06 Aug 2009 11:32:08 -0000 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/297115 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/297115 Changes to logins/roster
Posted 31/07/2009 15:36 by Grarlex.

I've done some extensive updates to both the website roster and the users.
This means that some of you might find your accounts deactivated and some might miss alt info. I have deactivated all accounts that don't match an in-guild character name - If your affected by this please send me an in-game message on Grane, Grarlex or Gragny, or email me at grarlex@gmail.com and I'll change your login to match a character and activate your account.

This is done because we've been around for quite a while and had a lot of old accounts and players listed on our roster (close to 100 unused accounts). Hope it won't affect you too much :)

Grarlex/Grane/Gragny/Grandius etc etc...

Grarlex Fri, 31 Jul 2009 14:36:11 -0000 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/294858 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/294858 Patch 3.1 & AAR raid 14th April 2009 - Raid Cancelled
Posted 14/04/2009 10:49 by akkarrin.

Sources are currently indicating that Patch 3.1 will be deployed following maintenance this Wednesday; Therefore as per our current plans the raid for tonight will be cancelled to allow players to rest/prepare for the patch.

Apologies for the short notice, we (the guild mgt) had hoped for more advance warning but it seems blizz were busy eating chocolate over the weekend.

Needless to say Wednesdays raid target will be Ulduaar. It's a fresh wing and as such it needs more active raiders. Our raiding days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday from arround 19pm to 23pm - the exact times can differ.

We're focused on 25man raiding and need players that are serious about their raiding. We're not hard-core and won't /gkick you if you underperform, but do expect some friendly advice :)
We just ask you to be there when you sign up, and do your best.

Sign up on the forum

Grarlex Mon, 13 Apr 2009 15:55:05 -0000 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/242353 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/242353 Changes to raiding
Posted 05/04/2009 12:05 by Grarlex.

We've had a good 4 months now using the current raiding system in Azeroth Alliance. It's not working out as we hoped, and we're trying a different approach.

What we'll do is make a new raiding wing of AA organized as a separate guild. This is something we did back in BC aswell when we formed Azeroth Alliance Raiders, and we hope that we can repeat the success now.

The new guild will focus on serious raiding. Not hard-core, but it will require of its members to be serious about it. There will be rules like a required minimum ammount of attendance to raids, and we'll keep on recruiting players until we can run the days we schedule.

This also means there will be no guild organized raiding in AA anymore. Not saying we'll stop anyone from raiding, just that the the guild won't organize it.

Read more and add your thoughts in this forum thread.

Grarlex Sun, 05 Apr 2009 11:05:29 -0000 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/239001 http://aa.guildomatic.com/news/show/239001 Welcome to Wrath of the Lich King
Posted 12/11/2008 23:20 by Grarlex.

With the release of Wrath of the Lich King we've decided it's time to make some guild changes. We've worked out a new set of ranks and a set of rules. We'll add rules for raiding when the time comes, and might do some changes to the base rules as we move along. Any changes we do will be posted on the front page of the guild site.

Guild Goal
Have a mature social guild that makes your game fun to play.
